The Connors RSI takes 3 parameters; a RSI value, Up Down Length, and the Rate of Change. These values are usually defaulted to 3,2,100.

#Connors RSI (CRSI) created by Larry Connors.
#Dependencies: RSId Indicator, PercentRank Indicator. Both of which can be fetched from the Seer Trading website.

#The Connors RSI takes 3 parameters; a RSI value, Up Down Length, and the Rate of Change. These values are usually defaulted to 3,2,100.

#The default period for the RSI value is 3.
#The Up Down Length represents the amount of consecutive days whereby the price has closed either above or below the previous closing price. The default days is 2.
#The default Rate of Change value is 100 days.
